How Our Products are Maded?
Preperation of Dye
We start by preparing the dye, combining resin, specialized chemicals, and fiberglass to create the perfect base.
Mixing in Large Drum
The mixture is then added to a 500kg drum, ensuring an even blend of materials.
Incorporating in the Machine
The prepared dye is transferred to the machine, where it’s thoroughly mixed and blended.
Dye Refill
Once mixed, the dye is carefully refilled into the machine to maintain consistency.
Pressing and Reshaping
The mixture is then pressed into shape using a hydraulic machine, ensuring the final product is precise and sturdy.
Finishing Touches
The product is refined, giving it the smooth finish required for its final form.
Resting Period
The product is left to rest for six hours, allowing it to set properly.
Final Finishing and Packing
After resting, we perform the last finishing touches, then pack the manhole covers for delivery.
